Burgess Group Home in the town of Hudson, within Caldwell County and the scenic Appalachian foothills of Western NC, is a supervised living facility with five private bedrooms that provides services to MR/MI consumers, such as goal training, transportation for medical appointments, grocery shopping, banking, activities, participation at a day program, etc. Consumer must be 18 years old and able to do all daily living skills with the aid of goal training in the areas where help is needed. We have staff available at all times and the residential manager is on call 24/7 for emergencies.
