Alexander Apartments, in the town of Taylorsville, NC, within Alexander County and nestled in the foothills of the Brushy Mountains, is an Independent Living Facility that provides services to MR consumers, such as goal training, transportation for medical appointments, grocery shopping, banking, activities, etc.
Candidates must be 18 yrs or older, able to live independently with supervision and must be able to take their own medications with the assistance of a pill pack, must be able to prepare meals for themselves, and able to all daily living skills, with the aide of goal training in the areas where help is needed. We have 2 double units available. We have staff available Mon-Fri 8am until 9pm, and the Residential Manager is on call 24/7 for all emergencies.
