Alexander Opportunities, located in Taylorsville, NC - 4-year degree required in Human Services field (2-years Clinical experience in the DD field a plus.)  This position functions in the dual role of site supervisor responsible for the day to day operations of the facility and as the facility evaluator which includes the responsiblity of obtaining information to facilitate admissions into the program, the development of consumer(s) habilitative plan, completing outcome progress reports and general maintenance of the consumer(s) record.
